Bassanova Ramen

Located in Chinatown, Bassanova Ramen is a low-key ramen joint that actually specializes in vegetarian ramen! Traditional ramen tends to be made with pork or chicken broth so the fact that they actually have a whole page in their menu solely for vegetarians and vegans makes it all the more appealing.

TIP:
Cash only and tips are not required

I ordered their Lemon and Black Pepper Tondaku Ramen, which comes with charsiu pork and my friend ordered the Tondaku Wadashi Green Curry Ramen, which is a spicy Berkshire pork green curry broth and served with charsiu pork and shrimp. Both were highly recommended by the staff as well as various news articles. You can choose between thin, wavy, and thick noodles so it suits to your tastes. They’re really delicious and averaged about $15-16 (more if you add additional toppings).
