Totto Ramen

Ramen is always a hot topic of debate in New York City but one thing most people agree on is that Totto Ramen is one of the local favorites. Their ramen is on the cheaper side ($11-$12) so it’s a lot more affordable than most ramen places in the city.

They use Chicken Paitan Soup as their broth, in contrast to the usual Tonkotsu broth that most ramen joints tend to use. Their specialty is the Spicy Chicken Paitan Ramen. I usually order the regular Chicken Paitan with a seasoned boiled egg (additional cost). You can find their menu here.
