An off-shoot of Dominique Ansel Bakery, Dominique Ansel Kitchen is a fusion of a “retail bakery with a restaurant service kitchen”. Momofuku Noodle Bar
Momofuku Noodle Bar and I have a very complicated relationship – I’m not a huge fan of their ramen and when they initially opened I was so underwhelmed by it that I never recommended this place to anyone for NYC ramen. Their noodles are too thin and with the price point, you can get better quality for cheaper at other places in the city.
That being said, their truffle menu, available only in the winter, is totally worth the visit! Their Black Winter Truffle Ramen is $49 but it was worth every penny and their quite generous with the truffle shavings as well. It’s also vegetarian (it doesn’t use tonkotsu broth). You can see their current menu here. Continue reading “Momofuku Noodle Bar”

Their menu can be found here. I tried most of the items on the menu and I have to say – the French toast sticks are all really delicious: Continue reading “Kay’s Boutique Café”
