Momofuku Noodle Bar

Momofuku Noodle Bar

Momofuku Noodle Bar and I have a very complicated relationship – I’m not a huge fan of their ramen and when they initially opened I was so underwhelmed by it that I never recommended this place to anyone for NYC ramen. Their noodles are too thin and with the price point, you can get better quality for cheaper at other places in the city.

That being said, their truffle menu, available only in the winter, is totally worth the visit! You can see their current menu here. Continue reading “Momofuku Noodle Bar”
